You do know that no matter what, Android and Google will still spy on you. You could remove all the google apps and not be safe. You could try out an Android distribution like /e/ that are 100% google free and dont spy. *rest of the message was edited after*

i cant since my phone cant delete google apps, they can only “force stop” or “disable”, which just clears the history off the app and doesn't show up in menus but you still have it if you check settings (i use motarola one ace)

Remove any device admin apps. Also, root your phone!
