I heard a account named @RobloxOfficialGroup , but i think how a roblox developer make a account in scratch?

when green flag clicked
move [idk] steps
switch costume to [idk]

This doesn't belong in thie forum. People use all sorts of Scratch usernames and any suggestion that something is ‘official’ should be taken with a large pinch of salt.
