I'm don't really know how to use JavaScript. I'm also very lazy, which is why I use Wix to build my websites.
You don't need to know javascript to use this…
i dont think suggesting your experimental website editor is a good way to help someone with a completely unrelated issue.
it's related if you read the original post

It seems more like advertising your application. And the OP said she doesn't know how to use JavaScript.

I don't see the point of having signature. Since I'm here, might a well edit something. Oh wait, I already did.

This is my temporary siggy.

There has to be something allowed. I know what's not.

Allowing comments, even if they have to be approved by you, isn't allowed. It's kind of like why sharing your email isn't allowed; people can send you emails (or comments) which aren't moderated. When the Scratch Team thinks of a moderator, they generally mean someone who moderates for a paid job. Self moderation is kind of iffy.

If you didn't have any comments and made sure everything else was appropriate for Scratch, your website would probably be allowed.

I checked the site. The comments are gone. The only chat is the business chat.

That isn't allowed either. If sharing your email isn't allowed, sharing a website which allows you to send a message to yourself isn't allowed either.

Unfortunately, the way you have described it, no, you would not be allowed to link to your site from Scratch. The “unmoderated chat” characterization would apply to the capabilities you are describing. To be “Scratch friendly”, the site would have to be moderated by third-party adult moderators that had essentially the same standards as Scratch - a pretty high bar to reach.

This is my forum signature! On a forum post, it is okay for Scratchers to advertise in their forum signature. The signature is the stuff that shows up below the horizontal line on the post. It will show up on every post I make.

Business chat has been removed. And cookies can now be disabled. How's this?

I read the OP but not the two pages of replies, so sorry if I missed anything.

As annoying as this might be, remove any element of your site that has live chat, or really just any form of communication (including forums.) If you want feedback on your stuff, tell people to post it on your profile or a project.

From my understanding of the ST's policies, what I described should be an easy and Scratch-okay way to go about this.

Clear the cookies already set. There should be a cookie consent notice.
