[RESOLVED]Correct input for wait block to run smooth animation

In this project, I cannot get the seconds right for the

wait () secs

block in the custom block ‘Blink’. At first, I tried to make it like the Wiki script for a stop-motion; I didn't put any wait blocks in it at all. The script ran, but the blink was not visible. I then tried to put

wait (0.1) secs

in the wait block. The blink was not smooth. I then tried 0.001 seconds, but it seemed like the same as 0.1 seconds. Finally, I tried 0.000000001 seconds and it looked the same, so I decided to ask people who were not extremely bad at coding. Also, btw, I tried 0 seconds too and the blink was not visible.

Turn off Run Without Screen Refresh.

Simply disable the custom block's “run without screen refresh” and leave the timing at 0 seconds (which will round up to 1 frame or 1/30 sec. automatically).
