The goddess of wisdom's journal ~ A short story
I stared up at the goddess of wisdom,in full view she looked even mightier and majestic than in pictures. Athena was wearing a silk, white, toga,it was cleaner than I ever knew white clothes could be,her golden helmet shimmered in the moonlit sky, there wasn’t even a speck of dust on it,a large owl perched on her arm, surprisingly calm, she looked like a princess, meanwhile my hair was a mess,it was filled with twigs and leaves,my dress was ripped, gray and shabby. I hadn’t bathed in days and was completely dazed at the goddess who had flown down from Mount Olympus. I knelt down, unsure of what to do but I didn’t want to get turned into a spider. Tears stung my pale, rosy cheeks as they slid down the slope and dropped onto the ground, but these were not tears of joy, they were tears of dread and despair. I had wished for this a few days ago. Now I would do anything to go back to my old life. She looked at me sternly,as if daring me to disrespect her, a shiver went down my spine as the cold hard truth came to me,she was probably here to punish me! Worse than she punished Arachne! It shouldn’t have come as a surprise to me,in the past few days I had gone from a civilised poised young girl who was top of the class to a thief, who could barely remember her own name. I had once dreamed of being her apprentice but now here she was, getting ready to punish me,I probably amused her, a young wayward mortal who had made many stupid mistakes after another? She was probably used to it, it probably had become a game for the gods of Mount Olympus. “There’s no need for that,” The godess says for the first time, her voice is soft, yet commanding and I know better than to disobey her so I obediently stand up, my knees are wobbly and it’s hard to see, the moon only lights up a small part of the forest,i’m not sure if it’s fate or chance but it spotlights right on Athena, emitting a silvery glow that makes her helmet seem like a crown. “You have made many mistakes in the past few days” The goddess says, despite it being a single voice,it echoes across the forest, waking up the sleeping birds. I nod and hang my head down low, bracing myself for whatever was coming next, but instead she lifted my head up and looked me straight in the eye, “But that does not mean that you can not fix them.” I look at her and she waits for me to speak,I gulp, “You're not going to turn me into a spider?” I ask weakly. She shakes her head, “My dear, mistakes are something you learn from, not something you are punished for.” “You really are wise.” I say in total awe, “but how can I undo everything I've done?” The goddess sighed and said, “The answer is not within me,but within you,but first explain your story,” She handed me a journal and a quill, with that she walked away and slowly disappeared.

The goddess of wisdom's journal ~ A short story
Chapter 2:
I stared at the small brown, moleskin journal, the hand quivered as I held it. Was this a trick? I wasn’t sure, but she seemed so sincere. After a moment of thought I opened the journal delicately. It looks safe enough, nothing jumps out at me. It’s a lined journal, there are about 100 pages in it. Slowly and carefully I begin my story….
It was a normal day back in London,I was in my bed reading when my mom called me down for dinner. I carefully walked down the familiar glass steps, when I reached the bottom I curtseyed to Mr.John, our butler and our maid, Jenny, I then walked up to the door to the dining room where our long table sat. My father was reading the paper, my mother was discussing the current events with my older sister Ellianna. When I arrived Gloria, our other maid ushered me to a table right in front of my mother. I shivered at her cold glare, no one wanted to sit directly in front of my mother, she looks at you as if she is judging every inch of you, my mother is the epitome of perfect, people say no one is but honestly, she is, unlike me, on the outside I look well put together but, on the inside i'm a mess! Ellianna is basically a mini version of my mother, she fits right in with my perfect family, my dad isn't exactly like my mother, but he's a well respected businessman who is all about his work and providing for the family. My mother clears her throat,
“Elizabeth,” she says, using her posh british accent, “I got a message about you recently,” I gulped, I had no idea what she was talking about but I knew it wasn't good.
“Did you?” I said weakly,
“Yes, I did, it was from your piano teacher, she said you skipped your last lesson! What do you have to say for yourself?”
“It was the day I was sick, I-I didn't think I had to go!”
“Do not talk back to me young lady!” She shouted, I had looked at her in exasperation, she was the one who had asked for an explanation!
I'm about to continue writing when I feel a chill and look up from my journal, I heard the sounds animals getting ready to sleep, I tried to go back to writing but the moonlight had shifted and it was too hard to see, my eyes were already strained so I closed the journal and scanned my surroundings trying to find a place to take refuge for the night.
(I hope you enjoyed chapter 2, chapter 3 should be out soon!

Awesome! I love it so much, beautiful work
There are some grammar mistakes with too many commas and sometimes not spacing everything out, but editors can fix that. It's awesome

Chapter 2:I yawn loudly and stretch my arms out wide

“I don't want to go to school,” I mumble, as I open my eyes I scream. There's a huge bumblebee on my nose, I inhale and then stay very still until it flies away. When the bee finally does I examine my surroundings and memories come flooding back. I'm not at home, i'm still in this stupid forest. Wait, where's my notebook?!? I scramble to my feet, it's gone! Someone or something must have taken it! What am I going to do? This was my only way to explain to Athena and the rest of the gods why I had done all I did. What am I going to do?

Everything I have so far:
The Goddess Of Wisdom's Journal

Someone or something must have taken it! What am I going to do? This was my only way to explain to Athena and the rest of the gods why I had done all I did. What am I going to do? I hear a screech from above and see a majestic owl soaring above, it nods his head at me as if beckoning me forward. I know it's not the smartest thing to follow and owl but my curiosity urges me forward, Owls are Athena's favourite animals, it must mean something. Maybe he knows where the journal is! Besides.. it's the only lead i've got….
***
When the owl finally stops I collapse while breathing heavily. After regaining my breath and composure I relax and say,
“So, why'd you want me to follow you here?” He tilts his head, ugh, of course. He's an owl, he doesn't understand what i'm saying! Honestly, neither do I! Maybe he didn't want me to follow him! I was probably just looking for clues and over analyzing everything… Well I guess this was a dead end…
Screech!! I spin around quickly to discover the source of the noise. Screech!! The owl says again.
“You,you want me to stay?” I ask nervously. He nods,
“Umm… okay. I'm Elizabeth, what's your name?” I ask foolishly hoping he will respond.
“Oh,I know who you are! Everyone here does! I'm Juniper by the way!” The owl replies.. wait, he replied?!? I gawk at him,
“You can talk?!?” I exclaim in shock, he nods. I open my mouth to say something but then close it shut, after all, what are you supposed to say to a talking owl?
