Moderators shouldn't mess up topics by removing images.

I've seen a lot of topics where someone used a blacklisted image host, so a moderator removed it, messing up the topic for “latecomers”. Instead, I think moderators should download the image and replace the forums image with a Cubeupload or whatever image.

Support, unless the image is bad or unobtainable. This would make it easier to understand old posts.

In one case I saw, the image was an .svg which can only be uploaded to Scratch Assets, I don't think the Scratch Team was going to bother with that
