Make scratch offline available for older computers!

SmartCat3

The system requirements are a bit high, and many schools use older laptops/pcs.
Maybe something like Windows 7+ and macOS 10.10+

1. Scratch Desktop works fine on Windows 7 x64
2. Mac App Store says Scratch Desktop supports macOS 10.10+
3. There's no need to go any older than Win7 and OS X 10.10

Test how good your computer is at doing math. 3DS and Wii U online after shutdown.
