Q&A:

What are activity checks?

- Activity checks are a routine that most Scratch shops do to make sure that our employees are staying active on the job! When we have these activity checks we expect all of our employees to respond with “Active, President (or the role dispatching the activity check.)”

What are Ruby Points?

- Ruby Points are a system of currency in the Ruby Shop. The system is to give out rewards to hard-working employees that deserve them. Ruby Points can earn you a higher rank in the shop when earned. For example, if you are a hard-working employee then you can receive Ruby Points for your hard work.

Who do we hire?

- The Ruby Shop hires anyone no matter age, gender, or anything else! If you are considering joining The Ruby Shop just make sure that you have read the Terms!
