is there an ETA on the release date of 3.0 profiles? or a github link so I could see it? i just wanna know lol

yes, but profiles still have the 2.0 design, like how studios only recently changed to their 3.0 designs.

i haven't heard of any plans to update profiles, from what i know.

just to clarify, when people say “3.0 design” they're often referring to the pages with the light blue bigger navigation bar and generally more touch friendly pages. those are technically scratch-www pages, and are built in react and often use a modern scratch api rather than rendering everything server side like the old pages. (and technically they predate 3.0 but at this point the scratch team has essentially just started calling them 3.0 pages too)

there are no public plans to migrate profile pages yet, but eventually i can't see the scratch team not doing it. they will be one of the last major pages to be migrated, and theres a lot of room for new ideas and designs for the new profile pages.

profile pages have looked almost the same since 2013 (more than 8 years ago) and i think everyone agrees that a refresh could be cool if done right. migration to the modern stuff also will allow the scratch team to maintain and develop profile pages more easily, which means new features could be implemented much faster and more easily.

The My Stuff page needs to be updated, too, so an update to the profiles will either be before or after My Stuff. This is the best ETA I can give you as of this post.
