I'm having some trouble with making my profile picture a GIF. Most videos talk about using an app that lets you make your own, but I can't get it. Is there a way to convert a GIF to a file because whenever I do this it only downloads one frame. And then there's the problem of exporting it to Scratch. Please help if you can.

Wait I figured out how to upload it to Scratch but still can't figure out how to download it from the web

When you try to dowload your GIF, what is the file ending that it is saved as? GIFs have a .gif file ending, and still images have a .jpg or .png file ending. When you download your GIF, make sure that it has a .gif file ending, and if that is the case, Scratch should automatically recognize it as a GIF and your profile picture will be set accordingly.
