A week dedicated to a problem that is no longer widespread? No, that's… redundant and unnecessary. Not to mention the fact that it should have been done in 2019, when Mass Reporting was all the rage.
An announcement about reporting responsibly should be made, though. It should cover publicly reporting, which is a problem that is still occurring and currently more widespread than Mass Reporting. However, this doesn't mean that the ST cannot cover Mass False Reporting.

If someone is mass reporting, you can use Contact Us, or report them. I do not believe it deserves a whole month… Maybe a week if anything? You can also make projects talking about mass reporting and spamming.

Also, it would probably increase mass reporting because it would give people ideas. I think it’s just slightly pointless and would make the issue worse.
