I'm not sure what this would be helpful for. The size, X, and Y reporters exist because there are limits on all of those values, and sometimes you may want to detect how large or where a sprite has actually been moved to/set to. However, as far as I am aware, the values of effects have no limits, so this block would be pretty useless. You can simply use multiple variables, and attach them to any block that changes the value of an effect.
