I haven't seen any blurriness in projects, maybe it was solved when Scratch got updated to 3.0

I would like 800x600 or 1024x768 at highest, and 640x480 at lowest.

Assets are blurred because of two reasons.

• The asset you imported was blurry.
  
• The asset was to large so was scaled down, and therefore blurry.
  
• Or you were trying to import a graphic that is greater than 32-bit and was blurred because Scratch can handle it.
  

Good idea. Maybe also add a widescreen mode? Default for widescreen would be 576x320

This feature is already implemented, and it's called using vector and decimals. Vector images have an incredibly high resolution, and if you use decimals in X and Y values, you can make a sprite move slightly.

Bump! This topic has been consistently brought back every few years since 2018 and it just… needs to be brought back again. I would love if we could have custom ratios, it would be fun to animate stuff for other sites on Scratch. I'd use the github thing but idk if its safe.

I'm pretty sure the actual resolution of the stage isn't 480p. I recently discovered subpixels, where even if it tells you the same resolution, the actual size could be slightly different. I believe the 480x360 restriction is only used for coordinates.
