How could I make a server using cloud variables?

How would I make a cloud server for my game Jump I would like to know what achievements people have. But some people will be annoying about not having cloud lists. So how would I do this?

You need to be a Scratcher or higher. New Scratchers can't use cloud variables.

New Scratchers can do this:

But not this:

(☁ score)
