90-Second Rule for Scratchers, 180-Second Rule for New Scratchers

I think this is a bit to protective to the point the forums may become annoying to use as it’s stopping you from being constructive quicker. 60 seconds actually improves your post as it’s a reminder you can add on to it (unless a bump etc) and make it more constructive. But this is too far.

With spamming, it’s rare on the forums anyway and the forums are small and the community is good where they can use the report button for spam posts, and the forums are well moderated anyway.

I actually like the intentions though, and I think people are being a bit harsh for a suggestion to improve moderation.

I would like this idea because this would decrease the spam in the forums.

Sorry, you have to wait 90-180 seconds between posts.
This would just annoy people. spammers are already controlled enough.

the tldr is longer than the actual post
you can use
[small][/small]
or
[offtopic][/offtopic]
for offtopic posts. remember- offtopic is not a real tag, so it wont do anything. to prevent it disappearing, instead of
 [
use
 [[]
which wont make it disappear.
[/offtopic]

the 60 seconds are infuriating enough. 90 seconds is just too much.
