Merge duplicates instead of closing them

Due to the large amount of studio update-related duplicates, it's hard to find an unrelated topic without Ocular because the update ones clog the forum. They should all be merged and redirect to the surviving topic.

Test how good your computer is at doing math. 3DS and Wii U online after shutdown.
