Is it a game that is likely to interest many people? If your game does not pass these inspections, it will, unfortunately, be denied. That being said, don't expect to be able to retire young just because you put a Scratch game of all things on a free game website. It's extremely hard to make any substantial amount of money off Scratch and if you're lucky you will get enough money to buy some pretzels from a gas station, but don't be discouraged by this. There have been in rare cases successful games made on Scratch such as Paper Minecraft and Flappy Bird, each received a massive amount of views on external websites, so don't lose all hope, I'm just saying don't get your hopes up.

Profiting off Scratch projects is allowed on Scratch under Scratch's Terms of Use, Rules of Usage: 3.6

i read this, 15 minutes later my game is awaiting to be accepted, wish me luck ( im not making any money off this one though)

Yes, that is a good point. This seems like a larger game, I think that Crazy Games wants big, long games that people will stay a long time to play. I had a very simple game that in my opinion had better art and code than this game, but it got denied. https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/429209930/

well that game has text to speech at the start not scratch tts but some sort of tts and crazygames does not want to get sued or you could have just gotton unlucky with the person reveiwing

Don't think you can get sued over that… the text to speech itself isn't copyrighted.
