Kingdom Clash sounds cool to me. I am currently wading through George R R Martin's “Game of Thrones” series on my Kindle.

The deep space one sounds cool to me

Attack from deep space taking place in the future. I love sci-fi books and TV.

i like to imagine modern-day scenarios like that in my head; i think it'd be pretty cool to see it in a game

I guess it really depends on how good the story is. It could take place in any time, but you'd really need a good story behind the main war for it to be any good. Personally, I'd like to see an older fantasy-style thing, but it's too easy to make generic fantasy things these days. Go with whatever feels best to you. It may be great to get an idea on what everyone wants, but if you can't make it good, well, it won't be good anyways.
