Scratch 0.1 (lost version) and all development of Scratch started back in 2003, so by that Scratch is 18 years old. If you go by the release of Scratch 1.0 (May 15, 2007) Scratch is 14 years old. If you go by the release of Scratch 3.0 (Jan 2, 2019) then Scratch is only 2 years old.

Not quite, Scratch 1.0 was released in 2007 (I think), making it 14 years that Scratch was made public.
