Backpack not working

hi, yesterday I tried to out a song in my backpack and AFTER I put it in it said “error loading backpack” this has only ever happened once before, but that was only with one copy of a song and I never figured out what to do.

Ok ST, We’re sick of asking, just change the studio’s back. I’m considering leaving because of how ableist this is!

That's a common error, make sure the file size is not too big. That happens to me if the song it over 200 seconds. Hope this helps ^_^

If the asset you're trying to backpack is over 10 megabytes, you will receive an error

that helped a little, I split the song into three parts and I managed to get 2/3 of the song, the weird part is that the third that isn't loading is the smallest part

I did it, I had to split the last section into 40 second parts
