To remind people of the activity checks you can say something like my example “Reminder activity check Kitkatz6040 and kekelol9 need to respond” (Kekelol9 (also your a staff of your shop) and Kitkatz6040 are staff of my shop)

Most shops do not use currencies, I know mine doesn't! The currencies are a beast to set up because you have to use a project that requires the creator's approval for account changes. Most shop currencies are for fun and don't actually work.
