My browser / operating system: ChromeOS 13816.82.0, Chrome 90.0.4430.218, No Flash version detected

I don't know if this is a bug/glitch.
So, I was just searching random namesnipes, and I came across this user (joined 1 year ago, forgot name). On that profile, there was a user who commented. The comment was 3 years old.
Help I'm confused
