Notification problem

so basically, when muted, i got this notification, but when i looked, nothing was there, so i got off and started moving to different places, but it kept saying i had a notification

Ah that happens, I think the new update with pausing accounts broke that system, happened to me too

Do you have a certain popular Scratch browser extension installed? If so, do you have the message filtering feature enabled? There's a known bug in that where it “eats” your unread messages, maybe that applies to alerts as well.
