Can autosave be replicated in Scratch?

Yo, so it IS possible, but I don't know how to replicate it myself, you may want to use “Super Mario On Scratch 5” for reference as it uses autosave. Link to game: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/527947462/

I thought autosave means automatically saving a project

I'm a decent coder who has a huge passion for coding. I taught myself all the coding skills I have now. And with those skills, I have made some pretty decent projects, check them out!
