A tag suggestion... or two..
Scratch could make “It's just a video” the instructions for a project if it has the tag “video”.
Also, we should be able to report tags.

Also, we should be able to report tags.Since [I think] only the project owner can add tags, you can just report the project if it has inappropriate tags.
