my studio thumbnail came back (for some reason somebody else is the owner now and im waiting for them to transfer it back)

I have a problem, whenever I try to set my thumbnail, let's say for a big project that should gain thousands a views, it just stays at the scratch cat on the white background, unable to update. I got scratch add-ons to try and manually set the thumbnail with the set thumbnail button, but even that won't work. i' all out of ideas, they just won't update!
