Are you still having a problem with this? 200x130 pixels is the size that works for me for studio thumbnails and seems to be the standard answer.

Yes I still am and the picture is rather small I don’t remember the exact numbers but they fell under the 200x200

I'm not sure that it's possible for a picture at size 200x200 to be larger than 512KB, but maybe. Did you see what the file size was of your picture? Could you try converting it to a jpg format and retry?

Yes. That is in the pink pop-up when you send something too big. That same pop-up also says the size limit is 512KB.

But I have seen several people say to use 200X130 for studio thumbnails and that’s what I’ve had success with. Your mileage may vary.
