Scrolling through editor

My browser / operating system: ChromeOS 13816.64.0, Chrome 90.0.4430.100, No Flash versions detected

Hi, I have some issues scrolling through project editors when it's filled with comments.

Now, the kind of scrolling I'm talking about isn't using the scrolling bars, or by dragging.
I'm swiping (Chromebook after all).

When this glitch happens, when I try to scroll (Using swiping), it scrolls me in the opposite direction just like Reverse Scrolling, except, it's not reverse scrolling…
