My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Chrome 90.0.4430.93, No Flash version detected

I have students that finished projects. They tried to add to my studio then got an error message saying OOPS can't find the project. Now their project is gone. Any thoughts?

Sometimes internet problems can lead to the cloud not saving a project, even if it may say so, so the project may not have been saved when added to the studio, that's the only explanation I can think of.
