My browser / operating system: Windows NT 10.0, Chrome 90.0.4430.93, No Flash version detected

So, I am making a game with a very detailed hand drawn vector sprite which is at 1000% size. When I added a effect block it made the sprite super pixelated like bitmap mode. I did the research and found out the project switched to stage 3d mode because of the effect blocks. But when I took out the effect blocks and reloaded the page, it was still pixelated.
