Some people didn't like a project I posted and they started “hating” when I reported their comment and they got temporarily banned, they gathered their friends and mass reported my profile.

Look into the Scratch Wiki: https://en.scratch-wiki.info/wiki/Scratcher. It takes min. two weeks!
