Because the picture might exceed on of the limits. You need to find something which doesn't exceed the limits.

I recommend that you try EZGif's image resizer, which allows you to upload a picture or GIF and resize it. It also shows you the file size and dimensions before and after you resize it.

It seems you just uploaded you photo you wished. In the future, I suggest making your picture smaller. Hope this helped.

Since your topic is now resolved, I recommend you close it to prevent necroposting.
