My browser / operating system: Windows 7, Chrome 55.0.2883.87, Flash 24.0 (release 0)

Offline Scratch 2.0 sprites grid, sprites cannot be moved around.
Anyone having this problem? or is it me being stupid.

PS: am not talking about moving sprites on the project player but on the grids bottom left, sprites order cant be arranged, i tried dragging them but it wasn't doing anything.
