I'm making a pretty basic game, but it lags. It's downright unplayable on the school computers and lags a little bit on my i7 quad core gaming computer. Does anyone have some suggestions to make this game better for slower computers, preferably without altering the game TOO much.

hmm… im not sure whats wrong. interesting problem. it may be the number of things happening at once- the background changing color, the sprite rotations, all that. other than that, i have no idea.

It didn't lag for me. Maybe your computer or internet speed?

Using google chrome, internet speed wont change anything. It does not lag at all in windowed mode, it lags in fullscreen.

Not lagging at all either, using Chrome in Windows 8.

It doesn't lag on an IBM Lenovo X60s (from 2006) with 2GB of RAM.

maybe it just appears to lag because of jerky movement?
