Make sure your a male. Talk to her then say yes when she asks try for kits if it doesnt work wait 50 seconds then try again if it still doesnt work keep waiting and trying

the gem in the tree you get by clicking it and the owl knocks it down and you get a gem after the yellow elder dies ( i forgot his name )

It depends on what gems you have go to the dip go in it there is a pearl thats a gem in the tree with the owl after the elder dies take his rock and theres one in the ocean
