I don't see any reason not to, so support. Could be convenient for people who like randomly inserting vowels into words
No, we say colour as that is the correct way to spell it and that is how it sounds.
Out of curiosity, do you pronounce “flour” like “fler”? Because otherwise that's not "the correct way to spell it and […] how it sounds"

(I was just doing a stupid joke by the way. Americans probably do weird things too, I just can't think of them as easily because I wouldn't typically notice them)

Edit: ding, king of the thing

I see. Sorry about that, I get sensitive to UK digs when they are jokes

Gotta admit though that American words sound so much cooler than English.

Diapers sounds so cool, but we call then ‘nappies’. How lame does that sound!
candy sounds better than sweets.
I agree. I wish we called nappies diapers. Althrough it annoys me that the USA had to call Football ‘soccer’ so now everyone else has to call it soccer so it isn't confusing. Oh, and them calling Rugby ‘football’. Like why? The reason it's called football is that you kick it with your foot. In rugby, you pass it backwards, drop kick it, yes (But that isn't the main aspect) And you get into scrums.

I may be biased though considering football soccer is my favourite sport.

Yeah, I guess I'm not much better about that. Even though I've said this in the past, I guess now would be a good time to re-iterate that I like this suggestion and don't see any reason not to include it.

I think there was a reason in Football school saying why

Support, I can imagine how annoying it is to type “colour” everytime and have it not work.

I'm American, and I agree, that makes no sense.

I recall hearing that it was named that way because it was played on foot as opposed to… horseback or something? I struggle to remain sentient on a day-to-day basis already, being aware of history is not a strong point of mine

No support, it's just a one letter difference.

This is not something I would support:

Elmo vs Emo

Something I would support:

Yelmoo vs Elmo

what do u haev agaonst britan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In all seriousness, if the color tag was used a lot, the difference would add up.

But it isn't. Color is only used rarely. So for me, it's only a semi-support. I wouldn't care if it wasn't added, I wouldn't care if it was.

You know what? You're right. I should apologize for my rude behaviour. I'm so ashamed, I'm going to cover my face with aluminium foil and run home to mummy.
*screeches in it's spelt apologise*

Okay, but have you taken the time to say “rrrrrrRRUBBISH”? That sounds so much cooler than “trash” or “garbage.”

Gotta agree

I think it's just a classic case of things we aren't used to are being things we want to try.

Rubbish sounds like an incredibly weird condiment that only masochists eat; garbage describes exactly what that condiment is.

Well, I think that all three of them sound cool.
