I saw this on the bug tracker today, I'm wondering if it was to be funny or if it was an actual bug.

Well, that is funny! I think it is a bug, maybe the tracker got hacked.

I think it probably means that someone has to get pretzels for the developers to eat during meetings.

I saw this too, and I think it's a joke. Either that or pretzels are very important.
