I was responding to someones comments and it said that the “censor bot” or something detected i was saying something mean and/or hurtful but i was NOT. Can someone please tel me how to stop it? Also after i get muted and then i. Get unmuted when i try to comment it says that my LAST comment was mean and/or hurtful and it gives me more time. I have not been able to comment. :C HELP.

Because i just got unmuted. But it still does the thing with comments. It didn’t do it this time but it keeps saying that i am saying something wrong when i am not.

The filter bot isn't perfect. We made some changes to the mute system recently, but we don't expect things to be resolved 100%. Once you become a Scratcher, you'll be muted less often.

There should be a feedback form that shows up when you get muted - you can use that to help us make the system better.

I already gave feedback, but i heard that you guys don’t get to it quickly because your busy but don’t you think you could look at the comments yourself’s before it mutes me? Or can you not do that? I don’t know how it works….

The filter bot is particularly stricter on New Scratchers. There was a recent update to the filter bot. Even if you say something that is you know for a fact shouldn't trigger it, and it triggers, it'll mute you. Its goal is to remind you to follow the rules *though they appear to be stricter on New Scratchers

because you're a new scratcher- and the filterbot mutes new scratchers who say anything even one sliver sus.
