Lego Boost is so Broken!

Download scratch link again. Choose that for lego boost. Use a new profile to do this. I had the same problem for lego wedo.

Thank you very much for finding and sharing this fix.
This same issue has been a pain for some time.
To further help, I have found that I need to wait several seconds after the window tells me « connected », otherwise the connection is lost.
I agree that it looks like a bug as the connecting process is not robust, very sensitive to specific conditions (removing other bluetooth devices, removing all existing bluetooth pairing, and finally waiting when everything is supposed to be up and running…). This could be described explicitly in the user interface, so as to prevent frustration of users.

FOUND IT! you have to disconnect it from your computer buletooth. go to botton left of your screen you should see a bluetooth symbol(make sure you have bluetooth on) click it and go on show bluetooth devices and press the lego boost on the computer and press remove device.

It should work now when you connect it (but make sure you have scratch link downloaded

How to install scratch link:
when seeing the error message press help and then press the device you are on, then press direct download and then in your downloads you open it should be called somwhere along the lines “scratch link setup” press it and it will show you a set of instructions. it might want to make changes to your device so say yes. this is onlybecause scratch needs to detect scratch link is running. when done press finish.

Method 1: Update your move hub's firmware and update scratch link to the latest version.
Method 2: Disconnect any devices that you are not using.
Method 3: Use a device besides a laptop or desktop.

Hello, I have a BOOST Move Hub. Have you moved the hub a little close to your computer?
Did you connect it with the app and try it again with Scratch Link?
Are you using Turbowarp? (If so, you must open a sb3 file with boost blocks.)
Is the light blue after you tried again? (If so, It connected.)
Have you tried connecting it through a different site to make sure it works via (https://legoboost.azurewebsites.net)?
Have you changed the batteries?
If you see an error (It should be something like “Whoops!”), Try again later.
Do you see the Scratch Link app and the Bluetooth logo on the applications running? (click the ^ on the taskbar, and check if the bluetooth, and scratch link logo is there). If you don't see the Scratch Link application, It isn't open.
