I'm trying to make a game, and I'd like to know if it's possible to make custom text change by a answer. (if not possible might just use “you”)

What kind of “answer”? If you are using the “ask” block, you can do this:

Well, I made something like this, where there is an old character that can tell you stories but you have to input the name of the person you want to know about. You just do something like:
