By the way you are talking, I'm going to assume that you mean ‘Pokémon people seem to really like and you don’t as much'. That's different from a Pokemon being overrated- you can really like a Pokémon and still know it's overrated. Take Charizard as an example- I love Charizard, but I still know it's a really overrated Pokémon.

I'm going to answer the question you seemed to ask- ‘Pokémon people seem to really like and you don’t as much', in which case I say Blaziken. I don't like Blaziken- I think it looks stupid, but people seem to really like it (It got 5th in POTY2020 for the Hoenn category) and I don't get it. I think Combusken is worse, but Blaziken is what people seem to like.

For me personally I'd probably say Hop or Hugh because they are epic. HOWEVER Iris and Brendan/May are really cool too. Meowth and Colress are the best villains though

Well personally I don't mind Dragonite but you should hear my sister
Her favorite pokemon is Dragonair and she hates Dragonite because it looks nothing like either of its pre evolutions, which are pokemon she really likes. And it doesn't help that Dragonite gets a lot of attention. Yep, she hates Dragonite.
