My browser / operating system: IPad iOS 13.6.1, Safari 13.1.2, No Flash version detected
2 weeks ago, my sound editor started crashing. I emailed the st, but they sent 1 email back and never responded. Today, I trimmed a sound from a video, and wanted to make a project about it. But when I put the sound in the project, it crashed. I forgot about that, and that made me really sad. Someone, please help me! I really want to post a new project!!!

I tried. I have opened up a new project and it still crashes. It crashes no matter what.

What's the format/file size of the sound?

I’m not even putting in any sound, it just crashes when I open it. If it’s empty, if I even put a sound that lasts for 0.01 seconds, it crashes.

You don't seem to be on the latest iPadOS version. Is your device pre-iPhone 6S?

Um idk… I have an Ipad… the versions didn’t effect anything, because I haven’t updated in like 5 months, and this just started happening like 3 weeks ago.

Well, try updating, as Safari gets updated along with the OS. Scratch may have a new thing that might mess it up. I don't know, but it's the best option I can think of. (Put it off till later though: since it takes something like 30 mins, just check and see if an update is available)

I don’t think that’s going to work… actually, I can’t update the ipad since it’s my school Ipad, and the admins didn’t send out a new update. It’s been like this for a while.

They only allow Safari and Chrome. I tried Chrome as well.

Not New Project, A new sprite. sometimes the sound editor might crash on a certain sprite.

I have already TRIED that. I was saying new sprite as well. It still crashes, no matter what I do.

The sound editor worked, and then it DIDN’T work again ;-; what is happening I need to make new projects with sound…

Ok, this is getting ridiculous. Does SOMEONE know the solution to this? I have a project that I need to make!
