Japanese symbol for beginner

The Japanese symbol for beginner emoji can't be used in Scratch. It will automatically replace itself as a question mark. I wish to see the ability to use the Japanese symbol beginner in Scratch soon.

What is that symbol? Scratch is used all around the world and it doesn't make sense.

And it isn't just Japanese Symbol for Beginner. Almost every emoji in the Emoji 13.0 standard suffer from the same problem: they can't be used in comments unless you have used a decimal code from the unshared Scratchmojis project by @World_Languages.
I'm sure this is a duplicate somewhere, but keep that in mind for now.

Using the Noto Color Emoji font, Japanese Symbol for Beginner emoji looks like this:

Yep, a bunch of Unicode emojis aren't supported, and I heard somewhere that the Scratch software wouldn't be able to support it(?)

Just because Scratch is used all over the world doesn't mean it has to have Japanese symbols. Anyways, I support!

This is something I currently am stuck upon, as Japanese symbol for beginner feels more like a meme than an actual emoji (because of Skeppy, obviously). So as of now, no support.

I'm not Japanese, but I think that's at least slightly common? I've seen it somewhat often in the small amount of Japanese media I've seen. I support just because I think it's common. Maybe someone who knows more about Japanese could explain otherwise though.

(also edit: i have no idea who that is, so no, it was not obvious to me)
