I think this will answer your question: it is not possible to get permanently banned from scratch unless a real life human moderator has looked at your activity and decided that your previous actions have warranted a permanent account block.

Plus, if someone is really doing that to you, you can report it to the scratch team so they can prevent it from happening to you. There may be some rude people here, but understand that a lot of those people are just kids. Nothing us scratchers cant handle, and especially nothing the scratch team cant take care of.

No, such a thing cant happen. You should check the Scratch wiki more, it can answer many questions.

All banning cases are checked by the Scratch team, so they would know if you were false reported or not.

Use Contact us or report the comment to the Scratch Team.

I don't believe there's an automatic banning system, thus all bans are conducted by a human moderator that probably checks the reports before making a decision

Temporary bans can be automatic.
