Is ASCII art allowed?

I got curated yesterday, and I woke up this morning to find a lot of comments that are just this:

While it's not the same person sending me these over and over, it is a lot of different people doing it, likely copying from others.
Does it bother me? Yes. I would report all of these, but I'm not certain if these are actually allowed or not. I don't want to report something that's perfectly acceptable.
Now, I'm 99% sure it's banned, but I would just like to make sure, just in case.

Well, while I have received about 10 of these comments, there were all from different people.
Honestly, I'd consider them spam.

Agreed, report these comments. They are spam even if posted once. (Posting it once likely causes a lot of users to want to post them.)

This is my forum signature! On a forum post, it is okay for Scratchers to advertise in their forum signature. The signature is the stuff that shows up below the horizontal line on the post. It will show up on every post I make.

that specific comment is copypasta that originated from an entirely different user's comments, @TheInternetIsCoool's comments. idk why they would post that on your comments though.

Can you not delete the comments anyways? Well, you could always specify what you don't want people to comment, like spam, ascii art, advertising, etc. You definitely have a right to report them if you tell people not to do it.

I was going to delete them anyway I just wanted to know if I should report them or just delete them.
