What is Battlefront.io?
Battlefront.io is a online multiplayer game that took several months to complete. To put it in words, it is like an online nerf battle with users all over the world. Notice how we use nerf guns instead of real guns to avoid gun violence.@DawsonStudios is the creator of the game. v.2.0, the AI version, is currently being coded and is expected to be released in 2021. To stay updated, join our Battlefront.io Official Studio.
How Updates Will Work
Every few months, the developers will release minor and major updates. Minor updates include bug fixes. Major updates include new maps, new nerf guns, and much more. These are known as seasons. Prior to every season, the developers will host a map contesting. This allows people outside of the Development Team to choose the future of the game. Users must build a map that the next season can feature. If the map fulfills all the guidelines, it is declared the winner and will be featured in the next season. The user also has the chance to join the Battlefront.io Development Team, which is a high honor and something not many get to be part of. A trailer will also be released before every season.
Development Team
The Development Team of Battlefront.io currently consists 5 members. There are 4 departments of the Team: Multiplayer, AI, Animations, and Arts. The team is expect to expand over a few months. There are several ways to join the Development Team. Winning the map competition was just one of them. If the developers feel there are few people, they will open the studio for Developer selections. Users must fill out the form and submit it. The Developers will review the forms and perform profile checks. If a user meets all the requirements, he/she will get an invitation on their profile to join the Team.
