I dont know how

Untill I became a scratcher I didn't know that too, but now I think I know. You just have to wait and use this website, then there'll be a link behind New Scratcher sometime (after about one month I think), it says Become a Scratcher. If you click it there'll be explained the rules of Scratch and then you can agree to join Scratch and you'll become a Scratcher. Surely you'll have to wait no more long time, the link will be there soon, because you are for more than three weeks there.
Sorry for my bad English. (I'm from Germany.) I hope you understand everything.

Welcome, why not just start with using scratch, making some cool projects and then sharing them?

It says to click “I agree” to become a scratcher, but idk were the “I agree” button thing is.
