Hello! I want to make an empire-building game like EU4. That's why I really need to have the best scratchers to work on this. Here are the details:

1: map.
I want it to be able to zoom in, zoom out, and move around.

2: nations
an empire building game needs nations! I want the nations to have their name over the land and always be over it. at the beginning of the game, the player gets to choose a nation (a historical nation during the time of colonization). The player could also choose to make a custom nation by picking a province to be his beginning country.

3: expansion
there is no empire-building game without expansion! We would love colonization, so we would make a person gain levels when he/she gets a specific amount of provinces. If the person gets 5 provinces, the player would increase to one level. I also want the player to decrease levels when the player loses provinces. When the player reaches level 25, he/she could start colonizing Africa, Asia, and the new world.

4: economy
I want cities to have specific trade routes through cities and make them gain money. The trade routes are basically lines that go through cities. We also would like a silk road and a few trade routes in the Indian Ocean.

5: mods
a mod is basically where you change something on the map (like crushing the Americas) and the A.I. select nations and then fight each other.
