Welcome to Scratch! Sorry, but you will have to wait until about 3 weeks after you made the new account for it to move up to the Scratcher rank. Then, you will get an invitation from the ST in your inbox. Don't worry about missing it; it will show up on top right under “Messages from the Scratch Team.”

In the meantime, I suggest you just have fun on Scratch and enjoy the facility.
