It's pretty hard to draw with the lag, even in turbo mode. Could you hold off calculating until the user presses a button to confirm they're done drawing?

This looks super cool. I'll be keeping an eye on it.

When I have enough pictures I will be putting the pixel values as well as the cost into a very long list to start backtracking.
Sorry about the lag, I didn't notice it. Probably your computer is too slow. I just made it calculate often so that you can see how it changes when you change the pixel values, but I will perhaps change it to every 10 or 15 seconds rather than every five, for the benefit of those with slower computers.

How exactly do you make a neural network in Scratch?
